We design original, story-driven worlds filled with horror. We use these worlds to create a range of high-quality experiences. Whether they’re physical, digital or a hybrid, they are shaped and inspired by our guests.

Horror is hardwired into our physiology, we’re biologically programmed to fear things that go bump in the night. Our goal is to make experiences that make you feel human in this ancient, primitive way.

Stormjar is the brainchild of Creative Producer Sophie-Alicia Shaw and Creative Director Jim Wheale who met in a zombie apocalypse in 2015 and have been making spooky experiences ever since.

Our work focuses on psychological horror, magic realism and cosmic horror to create stories for all those who are curious about the dark side of the human psyche.
